This kit can quickly and efficiently isolate viral DNA from samples such as serum, plasma, feces and body fluids.

Virus nucleic acid in whole blood, serum, plasma and body fluid is released under the action of the Lysis buffer. The released nucleic acid is specifically bound to the magnetic beads in the binding buffer. The magnetic beads with the nucleic acid are captured by the magnetic material, and the contaminants are removed by the washing buffer. Finally, the DNA is eluted from the magnetic beads under the action of the Elution buffer.

The purified DNA can be widely used in PCR, sequencing, mutant analysis and other common molecular biology experiments.
