MagaBio Plus Virus DNA/RNA Purification Kit III – Witec AG

The MagaBio Plus Virus DNA/RNA Extraction Kit III uses a unique lysis system for rapid virus lysis combined with a new magnetic bead technology for nucleic acid purification (compared to the pervious two generations).

Sample types include:

• whole blood,
• tissue,
• plasma,
• serum,
• body fluids,
• animal and plant tissues,
• faeces,
• swabs,
• and alveolar lavage fluid, etc.,

which are more common and do not require protease K. 96 samples can be easily extracted in just 15 minutes. The purified nucleic acid can be used for detection by NGS, qPCR, etc.
