MagaBio FFPE Tissue Genomic DNA Purification Kit – Witec AG

This kit is used to extract high purity DNA from FFPE tissue sections using a non-toxic deparaffinisation solution and a high performance lysis buffer to efficiently release DNA from FFPE.

MagaBio sample processing is based on proprietary magnetisable particles - MagaBio. The pure DNA can be widely used in PCR, sequencing, Southern hybridisation, mutation analysis, SNP and others.
