SurePAGE delivers superior protein separation in miniaturized, precast polyacrylamide gels (10 cm x 8 cm) formulated with Bis-Tris chemistry. The unique gel and cassette design allows for:

SurePAGE Gels and Running Buffers:
For optimal protein separation, SurePAGE gels are compatible with commonly used running buffers. We recommend using MOPS buffer for proteins larger than 30 kDa and MES buffer for proteins smaller than 30 kDa. Additionally, a compatible sample loading buffer formulated for Bis-Tris gels is recommended.
Technical Details:
- Neutral pH buffer minimizes polyacrylamide hydrolysis and protein modification.
- Formulated for exceptional protein separation with commonly used running buffers.
- Available in gradient (4-20%, 4-12%, 8-16%) and homogeneous (8%, 10%, 12%) concentrations.
- Each concentration comes in 10-well, 12-well, and 15-well comb configurations.
- Transparent for easy visualization during sample loading and running.
