ADAM-MC2 is an automated fluorescence cell counter that performs cell counting and viability measurements at highest accuracy capable of replacing complex flow cytometry workflows.

Description

ADAM-MC2 is a new standard of automated fluorescence cell counter. ADAM stands for Advanced Detection and Accurate Measurement.

Utilising the PI (Propidium Iodide) nucleus staining method, most advanced LED optics and CMOS detection technology, ADAM-MC2 is the perfect solution when working with aggregated, irregular shaped or challenging cells like CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells or adipose-derived stem cells.

Combined with a disposable microfluidic chip, the operation is now extremely simple, easy, and cost-effective.

Principle of Viability Measurement (PI-Staining Method)

After the samples are stained with ˜Fluorescent dye, propidium iodide, which intercalates DNA to stain the nucleus of target cells, ADAM takes ˜Fluorescent images automatically. The obtained images are processed by image analysis software integrated inside the system.
