Maximize Sample Recovery. Optimize Your Results.
Description
JET BIOFIL low binding microcentrifuge tubes are specifically optimized for protein and DNA analysis, ensuring maximum sample recovery and accurate results. Made from a unique, high-purity polypropylene polymer, these tubes don't require any surface coatings like siliconization. We implement strict quality control in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO13485, guaranteeing stable quality that significantly reduces binding between your samples and the plastic surface. This minimizes sample loss and maximizes the recovery rate of your precious samples.
- Optimized Binding: Special high-purity polypropylene (PP) polymer effectively reduces non-specific binding of protein and nucleic acid to the tube surface.
- No Coatings: Absence of surface coatings (e.g., silicification) reduces sample binding and interference.
- Secure & Safe: A lid lock prevents accidental cap opening and sample evaporation during long-term storage, ensuring operational safety.
- User-Friendly Design: Smooth, transparent tube body with clear graduations and a frosted writing area for convenient recording.
- High Recovery: Ensures maximum recovery of various protein and nucleic acid samples, with a recovery rate over 90%.
- Rigorous Testing: Products undergo 18 tests, including tightness, folding resistance, centrifugal force, solvent resistance, extractable substances, and accelerated aging, demonstrating stable performance.
- High Centrifugal Force: Maximum RCF of 25,000×g for 1.5 mL and 2 mL tubes; 30,000×g for 0.5 mL tubes.
- Wide Temperature Range: Works from -80°C to 121°C (no deformation after autoclaving with an open lid).
- Sterile Options: Available sterilized (by irradiation to SAL 10⁻⁶) and non-sterilized.
- Certified Purity: DNase/RNase-free, Non-pyrogenic, human DNA-free, and PCR inhibitor-free.
Material
- Polypropylene (PP)
- Conforming to USP Class VI standards
Important Considerations:
- Not recommended for long-term storage of samples containing benzene, benzyl alcohol, or chloroform solvents.
- Re-autoclaving sterilized low binding microcentrifuge tubes may cause material yellowing but does not affect product performance.
- The package can be removed and opened for a single autoclaving sterilization. Repeated autoclaving of the package is not recommended.

A lid lock prevents the cap from opening accidentally and samples from evaporating during long-term storage, also ensuring operating safety.

Resealable bag packaging (50 tubes per bag) reduces the risk of contamination.
