NTA Sensors – Witec AG

NTA Sensors are used to capture biomolecules containing a His-tag onto the sensor surface for analysis in OpenSPR instruments.

The reversible nature of the His-NTA interaction allows the ligand to be removed and re-immobilized for subsequent interaction analysis.

Sensors are provided in a package of 10.

It is recommended to use with Nicoya's NTA Reagent Kit, which provides the surface preparation reagents (ie EDTA, NiCl2) as well as a ligand regeneration solution (imidazole) for required sample immobilization.
