Revo™ Digital SPR for binding kinetics, screening and quantitation

Revo™ is Nicoya’s compact 4- or 8-channel Digital SPR system for automated, label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions. Combining digital microfluidics with SPR biosensors, Revo enables researchers to perform binding kinetics, affinity, screening and quantitation experiments with low sample consumption and minimal hands-on time.

With a minimum sample volume of only 2 µL, Revo is well suited for precious proteins, antibodies and other limited samples. Automated sample movement, buffer handling and serial dilutions simplify routine SPR workflows and improve experimental consistency.

4 or 8 channels for flexible throughput

Revo is available with 4 or 8 channels:

4-channel: up to 18 interactions and 90 binding curves per assay
8-channel: up to 36 interactions and 180 binding curves per assay

This makes Revo an attractive option for laboratories that require more throughput and automation while not needing the 16-channel capacity of Nicoya’s Alto™ platform.

Disposable cartridges with no fluidics maintenance

Revo uses disposable cartridges, eliminating traditional tubing and routine fluidics maintenance. The platform also supports compatible crude samples, helping reduce sample preparation requirements for selected workflows.
