STOmics Stereo-seq Permeabilization Set for Chip-on-a-slide 1x1cm
Advanced solution designed to enable high-resolution transcriptomics studies with nanoscale precision
Description
STOmics Stereo-seq Permeabilization Set for Chip-on-a-slide enables in situ capture of whole transcriptome information and is used for optimizing permeabilization conditions for a specific tissue of interest prior to STOmics Stereo-seq Transcriptomics Set for Chipon-a-slide experiments.
- Tissue-to-Data Solution: The set allows in situ capture of the entire transcriptome from tissue sections, providing an end-to-end solution for spatial gene expression analysis.
- Nanoscale Resolution: Built upon DNA Nanoball (DNB) technology, the Stereo-seq Permeabilization Set captures mRNA with true nanoscale resolution.
- Centimeter-Sized Field of View: Despite its high resolution, the set maintains a large capture area, accommodating chip sizes up to 2x3cm.
- Species and Tissue Compatibility: It works seamlessly across various species and tissue types, including fresh frozen and PFA-fixed samples.
- Spatial Barcoding: The DNB-patterned array chips are loaded with spatially-barcoded probes, allowing subsequent gene expression mapping following sequencing and visualization analysis using the StereoMap platform.
- Applications: The set has been successfully applied to various research areas, including developmental biology, neuroscience, and organogenesis.
Featured with high resolution and large field of view, Stereo-seq Chip P Slides are patterned with capturing probes for capturing mRNA within tissues. Upon interacting with the tissue section, cDNA is synthesized in situ using fluorescently labeled nucleotides from captured mRNA. Through visualization using fluorescent microscopy, the optimal permeabilization time can be determined for a specific tissue of interest and will be required for further Stereo-seq Transcriptomics Set for Chip-on-aslide experiments.
