The dual-bead technology enhances cell recognition accuracy and captures efficiency by ensuring each droplet contains large beads for mRNA capture and smaller index carriers for accurate indexing.

Low Contamination and Clogging Rates: Contamination Rate: Less than 5% for 20,000 cells.

Clogging Rate: Low due to the larger microfluidic tube diameter, ensuring efficient droplet generation.

Droplet Generation and Cell Capture: The TaiM 4 droplet generator ensures precise cell and bead capture through a specific injection sequence and multi-bead technology, enhancing droplet uniformity and capture efficiency. The entire droplet generation process takes approximately 12 minutes.
