10 mM Glycine-HCl is an acidic regeneration buffer used to quickly reverse the interaction between the analyte and ligand in OpenSPR instruments, allowing for analysis of subsequent interactions.

Our Glycine-HCl regeneration solutions are suitable for many applications and comes in a variety of pH values.

It is recommended to find the optimal pH for your ligand-analyte interactions experimentally. The optimal pH is the typically the highest pH which still removes all of the analyte.

Reagent is provided at a volume of 100 mL, sufficient to last many experiments.
