Size: 100 mL
Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) is a basic regeneration solution used to quickly reverse the interaction between the analyte and ligand in OpenSPR instruments, allowing for analysis of subsequent interactions.
It is recommended to dilute the 0.2 M stock solution to a lower concentration (typically between 0.01-0.02 M) to prevent reduction of the ligand activity.
Reagent is provided at a volume of 100 mL, sufficient to last many experiments.
