OpenSPR Amine Coupling Kit – Proteins – Witec AG

Amine Coupling Kit - Proteins contains reagents to covalently couple protein or antibody samples to the surface of OpenSPR Carboxyl or Amine Sensors.

Reagents include EDC/NHS to activate the carboxyl groups, an Activation Buffer to enable pre-concentration of protein samples with a pI > 4, and a Blocking Solution to deactivate unreacted carboxyl groups.

This Kit is sufficient for 10 immobilizations (trial for 3 immobilizations).

10 kit contains:

• 19 mg EDC (for 1 mL)
• 12 mg NHS (for 1 mL)
• 4 mL Activation Buffer
• 2 mL Blocking Solution

Note: For improved performance of Carboxyl or Amine Sensor coupling, it is recommended to use Nicoya's new Carboxyl Reagent Kit or Carboxyl Optimization Kit.
