The EchoLUTION Tissue DNA Kit is based on the EchoLUTION technology, a revolutionary method for fast and convenient nucleic acid extraction. The kit facilitates easy extraction of high-purity genomic and mitochondrial DNA from all kinds of tissue and from 0.1 mg to 10 mg starting material. All steps take place under physiological conditions in aqueous buffers.
