The EchoLUTION Cell Culture DNA Kit is based on the innovative EchoLUTION technology for fast and convenient extraction of nucleic acid. High purity genomic and mitochondrial DNA can be purified easily from eukaryotic cell lines and primary cells. All steps take place under physiological conditions in aqueous buffers.
