Description
The Cleanera Endotoxin Removal Buffer Kit is a four-step buffer system designed to clean and regenerate various chromatography columns, including Ni-NTA, CIEX, AIEX, SEC, and Protein A/G/L. This process removes endotoxins and other impurities that can build up from routine protein purification, restoring column performance. The gentle, specially formulated buffers are compatible with all column matrices.
The kit includes:
- Buffer A (50 mL)
- Buffer B (50 mL)
- Buffer C (50 mL)
- Buffer D (50 mL)
- Endotoxin-free water (available separately)
Cleanera Endotoxin Removal Buffer Kit helps you get endotoxin-free protein from your used columns.
Endotoxins, which are polysaccharides from bacterial cell walls, can contaminate columns due to improper washing, non-sterile techniques, or storage. This contamination can negatively affect protein function, as endotoxins are known to stick to proteins and co-purify with them. Even low levels of endotoxins can impact cell cultures or in vivo studies, making it crucial to control them.
The Cleanera Endotoxin Removal Buffer Kit is specially formulated to gently remove endotoxins and other impurities from columns in four steps, without damaging the column’s matrix or ligands.
