Description
LineGene Mini S, a real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR system, is a portable qPCR instrument with 16 single-tube or 8-tube low-throughput design, as well as new optical paths and the latest scanning modes.
Customized Peltier module, brand-new light path design and bottom scanning have been adopted to build a new generation of fluorescence quantitative PCR. In spite of small size, the product can configure up to four detection channels and the detection performance can reach the equal level of a full-scale qPCR system.
LineGene MiniS is suitable for real-time monitoring in animal husbandry, forestry, aquaculture, as well as for disaster-affected area or field hospital for quick and correct clinical diagnosis of disastrous situation and epidemic situation and it also facilitates transport and use among labs.

Experiment of distinguishing between 2000 copy concentration and 1000 copy concentration
Experimental results show that the Ct difference is extremely close to the perfect theoretical value 1, LineGene Mini S has accurate detection performance, and can perfectly distinguish the detection data at different concentrations.
Standard curve performance test of HBV of 5uL
Experimental results show that LineGene Mini S has excellent concentration gradient detection performance and good curve fitting effect.
