These objectives feature high transmittance from near-ultraviolet to near-infrared wavelengths and extra-long working distance (ELWD) to accommodate large samples and culture vessels of variable thickness. The Super Plan Fluor ELWD series provides a powerful balance of performance and flexibility, and are great for a variety of applications including calcium imaging. They are also well-suited for applications involving general fluorescence, brightfield, and DIC techniques.
