Description

Conventional 2D cell culture poorly mimics the in vivo 3D environment, leading to significant differences in cellular morphology, differentiation, cell-matrix interaction, and intercellular communication compared to physiological conditions. In contrast, 3D cell culture offers a more accurate simulated in vivo growth pattern.

JET BIOFIL's patented 3D cell culture scaffold (ZL201620728244.6, ZL201620728243.1, and 201510783345.3) is an ideal tool for studying 3D cell cultures, cell-cell interaction mechanisms, cellular immunotherapy, stem cell therapy, drug screening, and drug production. It also significantly increases cell culture surface area and yield.

This 3D cell culture scaffold is compatible with 6, 12, and 24 well plates, as well as culture dishes of various sizes (35 mm, 60 mm, and 70 mm).

  • Highly regular 3D porous structure (500µm wire diameter, 260 µm wire spacing) ensures good connectivity and efficient nutrient transmission for consistent 3D cell culture results.
