Description

The Biosan UVT-B-AR is a benchtop UV-cleaner workstation that provides a contamination-free environment for PCR and nucleic acid workflows.

It features a dual UV decontamination system:

An open 254 nm UV-C lamp disinfects surfaces and air, inactivating contaminants in 15–30 minutes.
A patented UV air recirculator continuously irradiates internal air, processing the cabinet volume about 100 times per hour without user exposure.

Operation is simplified by a touchscreen digital control panel for programming UV cycles and monitoring lamp life. An energy-efficient 8W LED daylight lamp provides bright illumination, reducing energy consumption by around 50%.
