Description

Neutral Protease NB High Active Grade is a chromatographically purified metalloprotease suitable for different tissue dissociation applications.

This product contains an increased proteolytic activity, is largely free from collagenolytic activity (PZ U) and has a very low endotoxin level. For cell isolation, it is used in combination with highly purified Collagenase NB 1 Premium Grade, Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade or Collagenase NB 4G Proved Grade.

If the application requires decreased proteolytic activity, Neutral Protease NB may be used. For applications under GMP requirements, Nordmark offers Neutral Protease NB GMP Grade.
